But it is widely estimated that no fewer than 15 million Nigerians live in the diaspora, with many distinguishing themselves in their fields of endeavour.  In a country of almost 180 million, having this sizable number of citizens outside the country suggests that the nation has a considerable percentage of human assets    abroad.   And by extension, some have had children abroad with those children not identifying with Nigeria.  It is no news that in virtually every field of human endeavour, Nigerians in diaspora are reputed to be among the leading lights with the youths having a substantial population. Even though, insignificant percentage of Nigerians in diaspora have smeared us.

Abstract: A shipping system and method for managing shipping of electronic devices with customer personal information. One or more electronic devices are scanned prior to shipping to a destination. A determination is made whether the one or more electronic devices include customer personal information in response to the scanning. An identification and metadata of the one or more electronic devices are recorded in response to determining the customer personal information is included on the one or more electronic devices. The one or more electronic devices are prevented from shipping by stopping generation of a shipping label for the one or more electronic devices.

We have firmer geographic constraints on these populations after about 12,600 years ago. Ancient Beringians, associated with the Denali complex/Paleoarctic tradition, were in Alaska and adjacent areas between 12,500 and 6000 years ago (19). Although the northern lineage (including Na-Dene, Algonquian, Salish, Tsimshian, and Haida) appears constrained to northern North America (33), the southern lineage directly links with Clovis (Anzick) (16–18). However, we have no direct genetic evidence arising from populations associated with pre-Clovis sites linking them with later Native Americans. Thus, we should be careful to distinguish potential failed migrations versus the direct ancestors of Clovis and later Paleoindians. We also note that pre-Clovis sites continue to vary in site integrity, that is, clear associations of secure dates and unambiguous cultural materials. There appear to be relatively few technological or adaptive connections among the proposed pre-Clovis sites, or with (later) unequivocal Paleoindian complexes, represented by hundreds of sites and thousands of artifacts across the Americas (34, 35). However, analyses by (36) have shown that currently dated Clovis sites represent a sample that came from a population of sites that date to a time span covering 1070 to 835 years. This suggests that it is possible that some pre-Clovis sites after ~15,000 years ago may represent Clovis ancestors or are Clovis sites that lack diagnostic artifact types.

For the calculation of Nbulk, to ensure that CuPc molecules on silicon foils contribute to the Raman signal equally, a concentration-dependent experiment was carried out and shown in fig. S9A. A good linear relationship between the concentration of CuPc and the Raman intensity at 1530 cm−1 was observed, ranging from 1 to 12 mM (fig. S9B), indicating the equal contribution of each CuPc molecule on silicon foils to the Raman signal.

Both teams note that the technique is very quick and very accurate—and it only works with crystals. Also, it can only be used to study relative, not absolute stereochemistry. Both teams also note that widespread use of the technique is likely to be limited due to the cost of the equipment.

Abstract: Disclosed examples include fractional frequency divider circuits, including a counter to provide phase shifted pulse output signals in response to counting of an adjustable integer number N[subscript]K [/subscript]cycles of an input clock signal, an output circuit to provide an output clock signal having a first edge between first edges of the pulse output signals, as well as a delta-sigma modulator (DSM), clocked by the second pulse output signal to receive a first predetermined value and to provide a DSM output value, and a phase accumulator to receive a step input value representing a sum of the DSM output value and a second predetermined value. The phase accumulator provides a divisor input signal to the counter, and provides a phase adjustment value to the output circuit to control the position of the first edge of the output clock signal between the first edges of the pulse output signals.
